In compiling this list, consistency was the #1 factor. Anyone can have a couple big weeks never to be heard from again (Brett Favre and Santana Moss, I'm looking at you) but who could PayTheFan.com players trust the most? If you have starts remaining for any of the following players, insert them in to your week 17 lineups.
QB: Drew Brees- He has been so productive he is only 402 yards away from single season NFL passing record.
QB: Philip Rivers- Overlooked all season as Pro Bowl snub would indicate.
RB: DeAngelo Williams- In last eight games, averaged 116 yards with 16 touchdowns. Insane!
RB: Matt Forte- Scored double digit fantasy points every single week.
WR: Larry Fitzgerald- Only had one week with less than 9.6 points.
WR: Andre Johnson- Averaged 17.15 points over last 12 games.
TE: Tony Gonzalez- Tony G is amazing. So amazing he is currently 48.8 points ahead of the second best TE.
TE: Dallas Clark- After a horrible first month, averaged 11.7 points over next 12 games.
K: John Carney/Mason Crosby- Both had nine weeks with 10+ points, more than any other kicker.
TD: Baltimore Ravens & Pittsburgh Steelers - The Ravens TD had 10 weeks with 10+ points scored for their owners, a feat equaled only by the Pittsburgh Steelers. The next closest defenses? The Tampa Bay Bucs and Chicago Bears who achieved the feat seven times each.
