Hello players...We are back on the east coast here for a couple of weeks, so hopefully we can finish some of these races before some people's bedtimes. I had two blown motors in my picks last week, so I hope most of you dodged those. That's unheard of, especially for those quality teams. Anyway, here we go...
In the first group, I am leaning towards the 48 and the 33. They were both really strong last week, and have a good history at this track. The 18, 16, and 24 have all been great so far. I would go so far as to say you would be hard pressed barring any bad luck to find a driver out of this group that would not be a good start here in Atlanta. They are all that good here.
In the second group, how about that 00? He has really impressed a lot of people in the early stages of this season. He has to be a consideration out of this group, along with the 26, 6, and the 5. The 5 can't keep having bad luck with the engines and such, can he?
In the last group, I look for the Penske teams to build on the good showing they had in Vegas. The 12 and 77 were pretty good all day. The 20 should run well here, and for my dark horse, I think the 82 should get another good finish.
Good luck ladies and gents and I'll see you at the track.
