Elliott’s Week 26 Advice - “I look for the 48 and the 18 to be strong”

It's time: this week you are either in or you are out...that is unless, you are playing fantasy racing at Pay the Fan. If you had a couple missteps this season, started someone who blew a motor in the first couple laps, or just got taken out too many times, don't worry, because our Chase game next week with a clean slate for everyone entered. You can still sign up all the way through next Sunday, and have your chance at the big money. Not to mention football season is here. Make sure to get in on that action as well.
In the first group this weekend, I look for the 48 and the 18 to be strong. The 11 and the 14 will be up there. If need to start a dark horse out of this group, look for the 31 to have a good run. Mr. Burton has good success on these types.
In the second group, the 39 and the 83 are my picks here. The 5 will be strong, as will the 1. I definitely am thinking about plugging Mr. Truex in one of these spots. I think he will run well on Saturday night. For my dark horses, I like the 26 and the 42, and possibly Mr. Gilliland. Keep an eye on him. He may be worth a "spot start" to use a baseball term this weekend.
In the third group, I of course like the 77 and the 47 and the 20. But I believe we need to dig a little deeper to find some of those hidden gems to start in the following weeks. So for that reason I am looking at the 09 and 55, along with Mr. Carpentier and Mr. Speed. I will pair one of those drivers probably with one of the first 3 that I mentioned.
Good luck everyone and make sure to sign up for our Chase game and Fantasy Football '09 -- two more exciting competitions that gets you "paid like a pro."
