Well I have spotted DJ a pretty big lead with just three to go, but I believe I will be reeling him in this week. I could not make it too obvious who the better fantasy player was, plus, I work better under pressure.
In the "A" group this week, I will probably go with a RCR car or a Roush car. Both have faired well here at Texas, and both finish well historically on the mile and a half tracks. I do have the 5 left in this group, so I may sneak him in here as well.
For the "B" spots, I like my teammate in the 9 car, the 41, and a couple of dark horses could be the 42 and the 96. Of course if you have saved a spot for the 16 or the 25 for this race, they are definitely worth a gander.
In the last group, I saw my man DJ had a sneaky play of starting himself last week. I knew he had a little something for us when his qualifying went so well. Hopefully, they can keep getting him better equipment. So on that note, if he practices well and qualifies for the race, I may use a 44 spot here in the C group this week. The 83 and the 15 looked strong here during the first race in Texas as well.
Three races to go and the top is tight. I can't wait to see how this plays out. Pick strong or don't pick at all!!!!!!
