Oh man that was close!!! You should have seen the rain dance I was doing in the car. Well, we had a good car and I was happy that our teams finished pretty well overall. Let's get to this week.
In the first group, heck, it has to be the 48 and the 99 does it not? I mean, until proven otherwise, those two will be at the top of the leader board in California. I also look for the Childress cars to run well this weekend. The 29, 31, and the 33 should all end up with good finishes. Also, the Roush cars could end up with half the top ten here.
In the second group, the 26, 9, and 83 will be those I am looking towards to start this weekend. The 6 will run well. For my dark horses this weekend, I like the 42 and Casey Mears to have a strong showing here. The 28 and the 96 could sneak in there with strong finishes too.
In the last group, I like my teammate in the 44 to get a strong finish. I also think my other teammate in the 43 should do well. I will pick the 12 as my dark horse out of this group. I think he has an excellent chance to get a top 20 out here.
