Hello again everyone and welcome to Las Vegas... where "whatever happens in Vegas" hopefully wins you some cash. Wow, I never thought that we were going to leave California. What a crazy race... I am happy to see I already have a healthy lead on my man Elliott. Hopefully we can make this a trend so I am treated to another golf weekend at his expense. Now let's see what’s in the cards for us here in Vegas...
In our "A" group this week, it will be hard to look away from the Hendrick camp. The 48 has won several of these in a row, so you have to look there, and the 24 always shows up well here. But if several of you are trying not to use up the Hendrick camp here at the start of the season, look no further than the 17 or the 99. They traditionally are running with the leaders all day here in Vegas. I might even go all in with the Roush camp here. Keep an eye out for Truex as well. Could be a dark horse.
In the "B" grouping, I like the 5, the 16 and the 9. But early in the season, you need to start looking at where you can get some good finishes out of drivers that you may not think about initially. That's why I will look hard at the 6 and the 26 in this spot as well. Those guys can get good finishes for you on these types of tracks.
In the "C" group, I was impressed with the way the 83 ran all day in California, so if he makes the show, you may want to use him here. I also will be looking hard at the 66 and the 00.
