Quarterback
Last week I started young Eli Manning. In week 8 my quarterback is his older brother Peyton. Look for Peyton to break out against Carolina this weekend. The champs will highlight the AFC's domination over the NFC in this cross over on Sunday.Wide Receiver
It's the 7-week click. There's nothing better for a team when your quarterback and receivers start to connect. Pennington and Coles are starting to gel at the right time. I think Coles will shine at home against Buffalo. I also like the kid they call Ocho Cinco. He'll need to produce this weekend at home for the Bengals to get back in the AFC hunt. Johnson is my #2 receiver in week 8.Running Back
I need my running backs to produce this weekend. Bush and Portis were consistent last week, but I've learned quickly that I need big numbers to succeed at Pay the Fan. My 1-2 punch this week is Mr. Boomer Sooner, Adrian Peterson, and LenDale White. White is starting to find his place in the NFL. Look for him to handle the ball inside the red zone against Oakland. And I'm hoping for another 3-touchdown performance out of Peterson at home in Minnesota.Team Defense
A long trip overseas won't help Miami's offense improve. The Giants continue their win streak with a solid defensive performance and consistent offense. In a match up that should produce minimal points; I think the Giants will get it done for my fantasy squad.Tight End
Whew. Heath Miller has the hot hand in Pittsburgh. I think he matches up well against a struggling Bengals defense. Big Ben can find him down the seams, or short over the linebackers. That'll translate into another big week from Miller.Kicker
Chicago has Detroit at home on Sunday. But the Bears may struggle to put the ball in the end zone against the Lions, so they'll rely on the leg of Robbie Gould. He's 6-for-6 between 40-49 yards.Good luck this weekend,
TB
