Bradshaw’s Blog - Week 14

Quarterback

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only who's team suffered when Brett Favre went down last week. My congrats to Tony Romo for stepping up big last week. I'm running out of options at the quarterback position. I think Carson Palmer is due for a hot streak. I think he'll put up good numbers against a weak Rams defense.

Wide Receiver

Johnson and TJ will be Carson's key pass catchers on Sunday. I've already used up TJ, so I'll go with Ocho Cinco against the Rams. I also like Joey Galloway this weekend. He put up astronomical numbers last week. Look for Joey and Luke McCown to keep things rolling when they travel to Houston this weekend.

Running Back

Are the Brownies back in the spotlight? Long gone are the studs like Kosar and Jim Brown. But hey, a few new stars are emerging for this club. I'm going with their work horse Jamal Lewis this weekend. My number two running back is Justin Fargas. He's compiled strong ground stats over the last few weeks. He'll put up another big week at Green Bay in the cold.

Team Defense

If you have the Vikings to spare it's time to check that box. The Vikings are an easy pick against a dismantled 49ers squad. They'll be without their defensive end Ray Edwards, but that won't stop them from shutting out San Francisco.

Tight End

Kansas City will look to get the ball to their leading receiver Tony Gonzalez. It should be an all out battle between the Chiefs and Broncos. Croyle and Cutler go head-to-head.

Kicker

If the Colts can't get the ball in the end zone this week against the Ravens they'll need to put the ball through the uprights. Adam Vinatieri will need to produce against a feisty Ravens squad, a team coming off a tough loss to New England.

Good luck this weekend,

TB
