Quarterback
We're coming off another exciting week for Pay the Fan fantasy football. By far one of the closest weeks to date. My quarterback this week is Brett Favre, one of my favorite guys in the league. I think he'll be tough on Sunday at home in the cold against Minnesota.
Wide Receiver
New England has a buy his week which will force PTF players to get a little creative. Holmgren and the Hawks are ditching the running game for more passes. Look for Bob Engram to break out again in week 10. My No. 2 receiver is Lee Evans from Buffalo. Evans and Losman have proved to be a solid combination. Buffalo should dismantle the dolphins secondary.
Running Back
My one-two punch in week 10 are the boys from Southern Cal. I really like Reggie Bush up against a dismal St. Louis defense. One of the worse rush defenses in the league. The Titans continue to rely on LenDale White while Vince Young struggles to adjust as a passer in the league. This Tennessee squad could wind up in the playoffs if things continue to roll in between the lines.
Team Defense
Good to see Drew Brees and company getting it done on the offensive side of the ball. Let's see if their defense can share the same positive momentum swing. St. Louis travels to my home state of Louisiana this weekend. That means a big day for the Saints D.
Tight End
There's a lot of fantasy studs in this league, but they can't always get in done every week. Gates had only one catch last week. Like Peterson did in week 9, I think Gates will bounce back in week 10. San Diego will throw everything in the binder at the Colts come Sunday.
Kicker
You don't hear about these fellas in the paper too often, but the Titans kicker has made his mark this season. We had a couple Tennessee PTF'ers perform really well in Week 9. Let's go with another Tennessee player in week 10. My kicker is Rob Bironas, league leader in FG's.
Good luck this weekend,
Terry
